Who We Are
Changes for Madagascar is a Christian nonprofit serving vulnerable children and families in Toamasina, Madagascar. Our work is rooted in local relationships, Malagasy leadership, and the belief that every child is created with dignity, purpose, and God-given potential.

Our Center is sustained each day by Malagasy staff who teach, care for, mentor, organize, and accompany the children and families we serve.

Oversees the Center’s daily operations, staff, family relationships, local partnerships, and program coordination.
Fulgeance
Accounting Supervisor & Academic Support Services
Supports financial oversight and cash flow, organizes sports activities, tutors in mathematics and physics, and mentors boys at the Center.
Aurélie
Cultural Activities & Academic Support Services
Supports children academically, organizes cultural activities, and serves as a trusted staff contact for children who need guidance or support.
Violande
Kitchen & Childcare Support
Manages the kitchen budget, prepares meals, supports cleanliness and hygiene, and serves as a trusted staff contact, especially for girls.
Ronaldo
Technology, Media & Academic Support Services
General tutoring, teaches computer skills, manages technology and social media, supports school-supply coordination, and helps organize sports activities.

Security & Facilities
Provides security and facilities support and assists with Bible study and prayer activities.
